Joint D21 and D96 District Council Mtg

Attention: All Club Presidents & VP’s of Education and members of the District Executive Committee!

Your participation at this historic meeting will impact our future as D21 and D96 prepare to merge into one district on July 1, 2025. Please register and vote for the new, 2025-2026 District Leadership Team and the new alignment of divisions and areas. You will be helping to create one of the largest districts in our global Toastmasters organization, as a new District 21 encompasses all of British Columbia and part of the Yukon!

A special invitation will be sent by April 27th to all District Council members (Club Presidents, VPs of Education and the entire District Executive Committees of BOTH current districts!)  This is a zoom meeting with 2 major items of business – District Elections and Realignment.

Quorum is necessary to pass these vital items of business. Please note: There are NO proxies for this meeting.
