District 21/96 Train the Trainer (TtT) – Virtual Workshop
Prepare for the 2025 Club Officer Training Season

Districts 21 and 96 are hosting a virtual Train the Trainer (TtT) session for prospective Club Officer Trainers. This full-day workshop features Toastmasters International’s Speaker to Trainer program and covers:

  • Setting training objectives using gap analysis

  • Creating lesson plans based on adult learning

  • Selecting effective training methods

  • Using facilitation techniques

  • Evaluating training effectiveness

💡 Valued at $2000 based on similar Vancouver programs.

Hands-on practice: Each participant will deliver a 10-minute session applying key concepts, followed by peer evaluations and feedback.

Led by Shawn Gold, past District 21 Director and experienced adult educator with an MBA, DTMs, and Six Sigma Black Belt. Shawn brings a wealth of Toastmasters and training experience to this engaging session.
